Randy is both an avid outdoorsman, but also a serial entrepreneur. In the last twenty-five years, Randy has started multiple companies. Collectively they've done billions of dollars in revenue. In other words, Randy knows business, and more importantly, he understands what it takes to start a company from almost nothing and grow it into a profitable endeavor. One of the most important lessons he has seen firsthand is that extraordinary things can happen from ordinary people.

In addition to his business savvy, he has also hunted and fished all over the world. As part of a family that likes hunting and fishing, Randy McPherson grew up learning how to live and breathe the outdoors. He is the oldest of seven siblings, one being Matt McPherson, the owner of Matthews Archery - the world's largest archery manufacturer of the finest bows and McPherson Guitars - the best guitars in the world! 

 

If it swims, flies, or walks on all fours, Randy has probably tried to hunt it or catch it. While he enjoys it all, his favorite pastime is bow hunting, and with arrow in hand, Randy has harvested numerous white-tail deer, mule deer, elk, caribou, and even black bear -- one of which is in the Pope and Young Record Book. Randy has had the joy of hunting or fishing in over twenty US states, four Canadian provinces, and South Africa; but his favorite place is on his four-hundred-acre farm in Wisconsin. Randy's experiences have taught him, "Every good outdoorsman knows that there's a lot to be learned from spending time in the wilderness."
 

Randy's favorite verse is Ephesians 3:20:

"Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think."
