David Genrich

David was born in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1960. College was a pursuit of degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of North Texas. 

​

With over 40-years of experience in commercial real estate, he has gained the professional designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager).  During his 40 plus years, he has specialized in repositioning, work-outs and value-add pursuits in all facets of commercial RE with an emphasis in Office properties, while predominately representing institutional clients.  

The most fulfilling part of my professional career continues to be the mentoring and training of younger high-value talent.  As I get the opportunity to transition to eventual retirement, I have a strong inner pull to find ways to serve the Lord better and focus on the “give back” portion of life.

David resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Pamela. He has two exceptional step children who reside in Cleveland, Ohio and Manhattan Beach, California and a remarkable son who attends Oregon State.
